Senior Research Binder
Final research count must be at the passing level in order to sit for the interview.
Exit Interview
The Exit
interview is a 15-minute interview with the senior team to demonstrate
competency. Please review the
following questions to prepare. There may be follow up questions also to your answers.
(1) What is your
essential question? What is the
best answer to your question and why?
(2) What process
did you take to arrive at this answer (use the iSearch search part and
3-column)?
(3) What problems
did you face? How did you
resolve them?
(4) What are the
two most significant sources you used to answer your essential question and
why (one minimum print source)?
(5) What is your product and why?
Be prepared with
evidence and specific examples to support any response. It is also significant to cite
sources as you explain.
