Powder Puff girls 11 & 12 should be dressed and ready prior to the elective.

10:26-11:15 Set up
Posters: Boosters Club: Make sure all posters get out there and set up
Snack Bar Group: Get all stuff out there by 11:30
Equipment for DJ/MC & National Anthem

• ASB equipment needs to be moved out there (David R, Josh, and the junior MC need to help)
• Jesus: Bring your speaker for the national anthem (please remind him)

Field set up (put the 2012 & 2013 girls on the side with no crowd behind them)

• Kenji and Kevin get out of elective by 10:45 to set up field

Football/Flags (coaches bring)
Whistles, Rules (Hanke/Purther)
Water Group:  Get all water out there by 11:30

11:15            Elective ends early

• Guys who can, please serve as ushers and line up on the way to the field all the way to the stands and help direct folks to their seats

11:20            Powder Puff girls should be on the field warming up

11:35            National Anthem (Adrian be out there by 11:20)

11:40            Coin Flip (Marin is doing this)

11:45            Game starts

12:10            Half-Time
2013 Cheerleaders (4 minutes)
2012 Cheerleaders (4 minutes)

12:20             Second Half

12:45            Game ends
Game ends at 12:45, but does not factor in use of 2 time-outs and injury time-outs during the game
