Giving back to the community is also another facet we will be studying and experiencing this year as we study Purther's course EQ "What is most important to being a good citizen?" by completing four events as a senior class.
(1) Operation Christmas Child (House Competition) Sponsored by Hope Club
(2) 11 & 12 Can Drive to replace a food bank in West Covina to help the poor in the San Gabriel Valley & Los Angeles County (House Competition e.g. 11/12 W vs. 11/12 N vs 11/12 S, 11/12 E) Sponsored by Senior Class
(3) 11 & 12 Adopt a Family. We will raise $ and gifts and help a family celebrate Christmas who could use the help in the Los Angeles County area. Family is picked by the Catholic Big Brother Organization (not a house competition) Sponsored by Senior Class
(4) 9 & 12 Senior Citizen Day of Help (second semester, house competition) More Info Later
